I recently made a withdrawal at the citibank branch at 5700 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90 230 on April 20,2015. The bank teller gave me a counterfeit 100 $ bill and the bank has done nothing to help me. I spoke to the bank Manger who did nothing but supposedly email the area manager who then contacted me 3 days after the incident. The Area Manger then accused me of lying about the counterfeit 100 $ bill that I received from Citibank withdrawal. this is the kind of establishment that Citibank runs where they give customers counterfeit money and refuse to take responsibility. This Citibank in Culver City 5700 Sepulved Blvd, CA, 90 230 needs to be investigated

I visited this branch to get a temporary debit card. The wait was about ten minutes until I was assisted by Toni, the branch manager. The card replacement process was about another ten minutes and Toni made sure to confirm my identity before processing my request. It’s not often that I have to go inside a branch for assistance, but in cases like this when I have to visit a teller, people like Toni make the process painless.

The citibank here is great. Its really hard to get in and out of though… you have to go around… so enter from the mall entrance, and the citibank has its own exit. The people that work here seem to be very nice and helpful.
The line does get very long on fridays, but its that way with just about every bank. So try to avoid that if you can.
