Service is pretty bad. Most of the girls(they look like teenagers) chit chat and stand around. The cashier a just a tad more attentive. Stood in line for a good 10 minutes with only two people ahead of me. They also stood there as the girls chit chatted, refilled half empty fork containers and wiped down counters that were already cleaned. Manager needs to do a better job training or making sure they are on task. The only busy people were the guys who were either finishing off the orders or cooking. Two stars because I like the food at Chipoltle.

I should’ve saw the reviews before eating here. It was my first experience at this Westfield Culver City Mall, as well as my worst Chipotle experience. Food: I got a steak bowl with lettuce, sour cream, cheese and hot salsa. I asked for double meat. The steak was overcooked and dry. I barely got any lettuce. You’d think that someone who doesn’t eat rice or beans would get a little more but nope, not at this location. I love Chipotle, but this has got to be the worst one I’ve been to. Service: Mediocre. They ran out of forks, so when I asked for some more– the worker just scrummage through the spoons and forks(which I just did) and said«yup, looks like we are out». No attempt to look in the back. What am I supposed to do? Eat my chipotle with a spoon? A freakin spoon?! Definitely not worth the $ 15 for a double steal bowl and Coke Zero. NEVERAGAIN!

I was really disappointed of the food. It was stone cold ! The chicken, the beans, the rice even the tortilla was so cold. Not what i was expecting. Staff was courteous but doesn’t help on food tasting good. Skip this!

The service was okay. They were nice but very under prepared at opening. Nothing was ready. The rice was still being made and the guacamole was not made. Large bowls of Salsas were sitting on the counter for a long period of time. Maybe mall chipotles aren’t cut out for excellence. This is my second mall chipotle visit and it was equally bad as the other.

Let me stress at the outset — our family(3 adults, 3 toddlers(brand new baby not a Chipotle fan yet) are HUGE fans of Chipotle and typically it’s a once a week treat for us. A friend suggested that this was closer location for us and we do frequent this mall almost weekly. This Chipotle is horrible — the staff truly doesn’t give a damn about their jobs nor the food nor the customers. Food is thrown together so haphazardly that when we got home(mind you with 3 kids anxious and hungry to dive in) the entire bag broke in the driveway because of the way food was packaged and excess juices leaking out. Beans, rice scattered everywhere means find something else for the kid’s dinner and hose down driveway before we have more than usual ant invasion. Back to Torrance where the staff is pleasant and when they see our tribe come in, greet us and never get annoyed at our some times complex orders. Find another location folks — Torrance or Culver City if you’re over Westchester way.

The service is so slow it’s so sad you can get your food faster if you drive to another location

Good reliable food. Glad it opened at this mall. Chipotle recently announced that they were serving non GMO food items only and it shows. Food is fresh. Service here is hit or miss, depending on the time you come. It gets busy during lunch time. Because this location is relatively new, the staff is trained well and moves through the line pretty fast. Standard Chipotle quality food. I do love my chicken fajita salad bowls!

This is probably the worst chipotle you can imagine. I have only eaten there twice. Both times the food was cold and didn’t taste fresh. On my first occasion to this spot, they ran out of sofritas so they had me step aside and wait. After waiting for quite some time I had to ask them what was going on. They forgot about me… Just don’t expect much here. I just assumed the food would be hotter or more fresh due to the amount of people at the mall who line up to eat here.

Can’t go wrong with chipotle but the employees make the food so slow. Literally the slowest I’ve seen chipotle employees make food, so expect long lines.

I went to this Chipotle last night(4114 Sepulveda Blvd. Suite G, Culver City) and it was awful. Find a different location if you can. They need better training or ANY training. The line was long which I’m fine with because people like their food. What I’m not fine with is seeing 6 people behind the counter and total chaos. The counters were dirty and unkept. The food trays were all half full(except that Soprosita stuff — whatever the hell that is). Then after waiting all that time in line they rush you through and act like if you take more then 2 seconds to respond to the food choice — YOU are holding up the line. The workers sloppily and carelessly threw together my salad and 2 burritos. It was like being in the lunch line in high school. There was so much salsa dumped on my salad that it literally leaked out and the entire bottom of my bag was soaked and tearing by the time I got home. These employees are not happy to have jobs or not happy to work there. No smiles from ANYONE! They all look stressed out. Chipotle needs a better service model.

Less than stellar team. This particular Chipotle needs better training. No matter the time of day, delivery is sluggish & sloppy. I rarely order burritos but was craving one for today. I was hoping that I may be lucky enough to get a crew member that could actually roll a burrito. No such luck. After allowing much of the filling to squish out the sides, she continued to roll the burrito that more resembled the shape of a bowling ball rather than a nice cylindrical foil tube that you see on the billboards. Attempting to eat this bowling ball is a challenge but those who love their Chipotle overcome. For those of you who are thinking«You don’t know how hard it actually is to roll one of those massive burritos! » … I do. I am a former employee of Chipotle and know the many challenges that the crew faces. From people reaching over the glass to almost touch what they want to those that order so much in one burrito that you have to start out with 2 tortillas to roll it. There is finesse & technique, but to completely ignore the bomb that your trying to pass off as a «burrito» well, that’s just rude.

A Chipotle is a Chipotle is a Chipotle. EXCEPT that some people are stingy and your burrito is half the size of others. This place was on the small side. Probably in the bottom 10% of Chipotle burritos I’ve had, in terms of sheer mass. Still tasty, still hit the spot, still more than enough food for one person. But, you know, ‘Merica!

Good service but the first server was a bit selfish with the portions of rice and beans. She barely gave the woman in front of me a scroll of a rice and she had to ask for more. But the food quality is good and fresh. They had just put out new meats and fajitas when it was my turn to order.

I was extremely disappointed with this Chipotle. The service was not great… employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. Also, they were out of the mild salsa(pico de gallo) and didn’t put any effort into refilling it… they just said«it’s out». The fajita veggies I got were also very burnt and tasted like charcoal. I don’t think I’ve ever been this dissatisfied eating Chipotle. The Qdoba downstairs is definitely a much better option.

I remember when I first heard of Chipotle. They had just opened one up right across from my college in Orlando, and on learning of this, one of my originally out-of-state friends nearly erupted in seizure.(The good kind of seizure.) At first, I didn’t comprehend how one could get so passionate about burritos, but it didn’t take long until I myself was hooked and coming in 4 – 5 times per week. And then I moved overseas, and it would be years before I would again taste their aluminum-wrapped, size-of-your-head burritos. But would it be as good as I remembered it? The answer, quite simply, is a reaffirming Yes. Chipotle still is everything that it was, and it is still the only«fast» food place I frequent. Fast is in quotes because it refers only to the speed at which the line moves and the burrito hits your hands. The quality of the food is and always has been great and freshly prepared: chipotle-spiced meat, cilantro-lime rice, sumptuous beans, and smooth guacamole. Back in college, I’d always get the same thing: a burrito with white rice, black beans, half-chicken half-steak, and cheese, plus a coke. Nowadays I try to keep it a bit healthier, and dispense with any cheeses and sodas. Do that, and maybe add some vegetables, and you actually have a decent argument for the burrito being healthy. No, it’s not authentic Mexican. It’s quite heavily Americanized, but done so in a very tactful and effective way. I love me my real Mexican, but crave Chipotle just the same – my taste buds simply categorize them differently. I’ve come to this particular location a few times. It is easily the best food in the mall, and as such, there always seems to be a long line that appears jarring but actually moves along swiftly. My first time coming to this new location, the wrap-up job for my burrito was iffy, but on going back a few weeks later, they had it down. As such, I perceive absolutely no quality drop on account of this one being new and in a mall. Oh, and don’t bother going to the Qdoba located in the same mall. Chipotle’s food quality blows this blatant rip-off out of the water.

Might be the smallest Chipotle location? But a welcome addition to the food court. Long lines but even with new staff it moves quickly. Added bonus is the Qdoba downstairs will be less busy!

Pretty standard Chipotle packed into a mall food court. If you’ve never eaten in one before they serve burritos, tacos, bowls(burrito stuff without the tortilla), and quesadillas. You select the beans, rice, meat, peppers, salsa, cheese, sour cream & lettuce(or not). It is supposed to be fresh and fast. Pretty decent quality. They have black or pinto beans, white or brown rice, and chicken, steak, pork, Barbacoa(more beef) and vegan fake meat(sofritas) so everyone from your office can find something to eat. It’s all pretty good, so if you like this sort of food you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Had the honor of dining here on their opening day inside the Westfield culver city! Busy but not overcrowded this line seemed to move quickly! I was greeted by friendly staff and the food was fresh a delicious. Expected some opening day rust but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a well oiled machine. The best chipotle experience I’ve had in LA!
