I would give them a zero if I could. They charge from garage to garage (as another reviewer mentions), but they won’t mention it clearly. Although I was told I was paying for one trip there and one trip back they charged for waiting time. In the end I paid over $ 700 for trip that was quoted at under $ 400. Don’t waste your time. Oh, and they record all of their calls and will play them back for you if you file a dispute with one of their ‘investigators.’

My buddy used these guys for a pick up and drop off for his wedding. They booked 11am to 1pm, the 2 hour minimum. The drive and dop took 15 minutes! Drive was on time and had to wait 45 minutes for the bride, but got her to the church on time. So a month later my buddy gets the bill. They charged him an extra hour. Here’s the fine print. These guys make you pay for their drivers the minute they leave the garage in Culver City and don’t stop billing you until their driver pulls back into the garage! This is wrong on som many levels. Ended uo costing my buddy $ 350! for a 15 minute ride. The other Limo service they used for drunk transport only charged for the hours they worked… LIKE A REAL CAR SERVICE SHOULD!!! They’re business model is flawed. Take your money somewhere else.

Driver showed up 20 minutes late (still got charged for it). The limo was old and smelled like the driver’s smelly sandwich.

i did not review this company when they never showed up to pick me up a few years ago, but they were a no show again a couple of weeks ago. i contacted a supervisor and he said he would investigate. the report back was quoting actions by their agents which were just plain lies. they claim to have left messages for me that they could not provide the pick up. but the message was not on my office phone, home phone or cell phone so i guess they put it in a bottle and sent it off.
beware of these guys, they will let you down.
