I had one of my colleagues call in and talk to Mark about some basic screen printing. He was polite and helpful enough over the phone in answering all of his questions. However, when we were ready to commission the job, he claimed he never got our e-​mails (which we sent a day prior) and wanted to charge us a rush fee that was 4 times (!!) his initial quote. We double checked all our e-​mails and they were sent, so have no idea why he would claim otherwise. We went to Control printing instead.

Capture Marketing Resources Group is truly a force to be reckoned with! Shane delivered my project before schedule, under budget, to the highest standards of quality, and with a smile. I hope to have another opportunity to work with them soon!

Our company needed some t-​shirts printed for a charity event that we were hosting and we were on a serious time crunch. We were referred to Capture and they were fantastic. Not only were they able to accomodate the short-​turn around time, they were also able to meet our design needs. Michael was such a pleasure to work with and made the process as easy as possible. If there is one place you should go for promotional items, CAPTURE is where its at!!! Shane and I have been working closely on a project and he accommodated to every request possible! Let me just say, Shane made the impossible, POSSIBLE! I placed a HUGE order to be done with the deadline around the corner and not only did he accommodate to our rush order but he also accommodated to our budget! Shane was very hands on and involved every step of the way. Our client was very detail oriented and when our client had a last minute change, Shane made sure it was done! I’ve been working with Shane and Michael for several of my promotional products t-​shirts orders. I like their professionalism in getting things done. Paper proofs are sent for approval to show how the shirts will look before print and their on time delivery. My clients were very happy with the results and so was my company Active Ad Specialties. Capture is now my new screen printers.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Michael is the best! I made a relatively last-​minute order for some custom made water bottles for a sports event. Michael was efficient and went above and beyond every step of the way, including helping me decide on items that fit my budget for this event. I had a nightmare of an experience with one of those website companies that claims to have great quality at low prices. That’s when Capture came in the picture. I called to inquire about their services and from day 1 Michael was a pleasure to work with. He quickly shipped me samples of the product and before I knew it they were done! I just went to pick them up yesterday and they are beautiful. The process was hassle free and they return emails very quickly (I’m a stickler for that)
I will definitely be back for any other company logo printing and products.

The guys here are great and can get things done for you on short notice! Only problem I have every had is leaving messages and not getting a call back. Once I got through though I was apologized to and things were taken care of immediately! I have used them for printing on trucker hats! They have turned out great!

Shane, Michael, & Dan have always been very reliable, especially on a tight deadline! These guys rock :) They always make room for me around their large corporate orders.

They can print on anything. they have done sunglasses, beer coozies, hoodies, t shirts and more for us. High quality printing at a low cost. cant beat that!

I was referred to Shane and Capture Inc by a trusted friend and clothing designer. This was my first venture into t-​shirt printing and I didn’t want to get ripped off, so I did my research and came prepared for the typical «Trust me, you’re getting a great deal» nonsense. (Side note: I liken printing shops to mechanics — we just don’t know enough about their business to negotiate the price or know whether or not they’re overcharging us.)
I am so happy with my experience there and grateful for my friend’s recommendation!!! Shane is a new father and small business owner. He believes, and acts accordingly, that through EXCEPTIONAL customer service his company will grow and grow.
My new company — No Excuses For Life — was launching a new service, Fitness Boot camps (you can also find us on Unilocal), and last minute we needed 5 Instructor t-​shirts. Shane went above and beyond when handling my requests. Essentially no question went unanswered… so much so, I now feel like an expert when it comes to his business :) He was able to help me pick out the best style of shirt for what I needed and also gave great insight as to how it should be designed for best marketability.
What was even more incredible was the turn around on the project, which I didn’t understand how above and beyond Shane and Capture Inc went until I came to pick up the shirt order 48 hours later. First, his staff submitted 6 custom designs within hours of my first conversation with Shane, and all 6 were amazing. They were able to take my vision, which was only described over the phone, and nail it! Second, when I did show up Shane gave me a tour of the place. They were in the middle of a huge order (1000s of shirts), and I realized he stopped production just to print my 5 shirts. Shane is a small business owner, and his and his company’s actions demonstrated to me that he wants to help every other small business out there.
One thing that I truly loved when working with Capture Inc was that Shane gave me a tour of their facility… he welcomed me into his home as part of his family. I didn’t once feel like a number. In fact I always felt like the priority, even among these huge orders for Fortune 500 companies.
Bottom line: if you need something printed, Call Capture Inc First. There is no question Shane and Capture Inc have secured my repeat business.

Dan took my order for emergency business cards just a couple of days ago and after doing an incredible design job on the spur of the moment (which included sending me proofs), he kept me posted on delivery status.
When the end of the week came, it turned out the extreme rush order might not come through at the printers after all. So, Shane, the owner, actually picked the cards up for me to make sure I would have them in time; and even called me a couple times to coordinate a meeting place after closing hours at the local donut store to hand them over to me.
Especially considering this was a very reasonably priced small order of 250 business cards, not only did Capture go above and beyond the call of duty on all fronts, but showed incredible sensitivity to my business needs and to how important the order was to me.
And the cards? Better than advertised and looked beautiful on the linen style card Dan had recommended.
All my future printing and graphic design needs are going to Capture Inc.

Capture Ink created the polos and tshirts for our company. Their prompt service and eye for design made the ordering process a breeze. Shane is very friendly and knowledgable, and the graphic designer, Brandon was able to recreate our logo with creativity and precision. We are very happy with the overall look of our shirts and would highly recommend them.

I’ve actually had some t-​shirt screens from here. They are really laid back, «Sam» knows what he is doing and they will casually get anything you need done ahead of time.
I’ve used them about 5 times and so far no problems. I even ran a tab up with them one time because they were nice enough to just let me take my screens and pay them back later.
quick tip — You will have problems finding this location but just slow down on Jefferson and park in the general area. You will be able to walk (and slowly look) and you will find the somewhat hidden entrance door.
