The staff at the west LA location in Culver City are nice and caring. The office is quiet and the receptionist will warm up to you after a few visits. I have never actually seen Dr. R in person but there are a lot of pictures of her in the office on plaques. My only disappointment was after two months of treatment I didnt feel like I was seeing any improvement in my body and the nurses kept saying give it time and take it easy. They never went over a plan with me so I knew what the expectations were and I was receiving the same treatment, twice a week, for two months. The treatment was TENS therapy, and they had me get on the exercise bike once. One time. Never gave me exersizes for strengenthing or advice for pain. Just a smile and a pat on the head and when would you like to reshedule?
Also, the office is on the second floor. Give yourself extra time to get there. The elevator is slow as hell and you know you are not taking that massive staircase up there to treatment.

Lady who answered the phone was a total bitch, not helpful and totally didn’t give a shit about serving any customer. Like, hello, I’m trying to pay you guys. Dumb.

I’ve never visited or had to go to a chiropractor’s office before I was involved in an automobile accident on November 8, 2014. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, however, I must say, I was more than pleasantly surprised!
The Doctors and the staff are all very attentive and accommodating. I was very nervous about what the treatment would be initially, but, everyone’s calm demeanor helped to put me right at ease. The facility is also beautiful, very clean and absolutely serene… I actually look forward to coming in 3 times a week (I’ve never had an experience like this visiting any other medical facility)
If you are in pain, in need of some straightening out or simply just want to experience wellness at its finest, I would highly recommend The Chiropractic Wellness Spa… You will not be disappointed :)

Everyone here at Brigitte Rozenbergs chiropractors health center is amazing ! The staff if beyond awesome. I first started coming here January 2014 and still am currently going there.
When I first came into this chiropractor they made is so easy for me. Dr. G is awesome he can crack every bone in your body without giving you soreness the next day. He is very gentle and always asks how you are doing. The staff here couldn’t be better they always recognize you and know you by name .
My favorite part about this chiropractor is getting adjusted but the second best is laying on their machine the att300.
I’m so glad I came here, they are helping me recuperate so well and in a great timely matter. I recommend this place 120%!

About 5 years ago I was connected with Dr. Rozenberg with my low back pain. Since I was driving an enourmous amount of time on the road for work (as many do in the LA area and with a previous back injury from an accident long ago I needed some relief.
Dr. Rozenberg is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and compassionate. During each visit I received the electrode stimulation and adjustment. During other times I would also be directed to work on a machine and or receive extra massage to release tension. When I had questions Dr. Rozenberg and staff always answered them with expertise; I always felt wonderful inside and outside when leaving her office.
Overall the staff have always been very knowledgeable and kind whenever I call and visit. The customer service is amazing and professionalism a plus! The office is always very neat and clean with a feel of being at home.
Thank you Dr. Rozenberg, Jean, Al and the entire office staff in the LA area and the valley for your kindness and expertise, you are greatly appreciated!

I was referred to Dr Rozenberg by my Pain Management doctor who could no longer help me without using drugs. Dr Rozenberg takes her time with each patient that visits her pristine, welcoming office and addresses the issues with a friendly, thorough and professional approach. Dr Rozenberg and her team work hard to ensure each visit is maximized and that you are benefiting from the work. Al is fantastic with his ability to relieve neck pain through his physical therapy, massage, electronic stimulation and ultrasound. Dr Rozenberg is exceptional in craniosacral therapy & her adjustments, everything is gentle, nothing forced. She always makes herself available, performs case updates often to ensure the most effective methods are being applied and the patient is receiving benefits. The office is on Washington Blvd, brand new inside, beautifully appointed, extra friendly personable staff, always with a smile on their face and Dr Rozenberg is exceptionally good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone with pain, or like myself — a chronic migraine and neck pain sufferer
