Dr. Braxton is a cut above and I am so grateful to have discovered him. You can just tell when someone is gifted, and he has the knowledge and intuition to find and target your problem spots and knots — even if you dont tell him, he finds them. He even finds and treats knots or problems I didnt realize I had sometimes. Whats so great is that he has expertise in so many different methods of treatment that each visit is different based on what he assesses will help the most. No cookie-​cutter treatment here like others, but instead a personalized treatment each time. My appointments start with thorough muscle work (massage) targeted at whatever my worst complaint is that day. After that he might do acupuncture, cupping, etc to further target the problem. Every visit ends in a chiropractic adjustment on his table. I feel this strategy is effective because he aims to release the muscle tension and then adjust the spine so that you will be more likely to hold your adjustment and avoid the aggravated muscles pulling you back out of alignment. I am grateful for his service because I can tell how hard he is working my muscles, and that is not easy work on his hands. Thank you!

You can spend all the money you want on Massages but your body might be out of allignment. This Chiropractor Office goes above and beyond what any place I have ever been to and I highly recommend them. I messed up my right knee and right ankle and the Doctor fixes you up. It’s amazing to walk in with pain and when you leave it’s gone. People that are born with the gift of healing don’t always have the personality to match. This place has it all! Go early to your appointment as they might be able to take you in. BTW The massage you get with your first treatment will make you a fan. My middle back and shoulder areas always get tight. Doctor to the rescue!!!

Came in for a neck spasm and had treatments over two days. Dr. Braxton was great and took the time to work with my issue and it quickly improved under his care. Great muscle massage to alleviate my issues and got improved range of motion.

Dr braxton is one of the best chiropractors
that i have ever been to. i have only seen Dr Braxton two times for my lower back issues and i am already feeling better. Dr braxton is very nice and patient. Dr Braxton really cares about his patients and he in the business to make his patients feel better. i also like that fact that i don’t have to wait hours to see the Dr Braxton. i recommend making an appointment with Dr Braxton if you want to feel better and looking for a doctor that really cares about your overall health.

Mel Braxton he’s the best chiropractic there is, he’s been my chiropractor for two weeks now and I see a big difference, on a scale from 1 to ten there’s no limit for him, he is the best.

Dr. Braxton saved my life as I know it! I thought I would have to live the rest of my days in constant pain and fear of throwing out my back. Dr. Braxton’s skills have alleviated my pain and fears. This is the best chiropractic experience I have ever had. Walked in with a lower back problem that had been bothering me for at least 3 years. Walked out feeling like I could run for the first time in years. Turned out I had an extremely tight right hamstring. Dr. Braxton knew it immediately and dealt with it accordingly. I’ve seen other chiropractors in the past and have never had this kind of success. I am very grateful for what he has done for me!

I’m writing this review strictly on the receptionist. Hire a new one. The receptionist either has no idea what she is doing or does not want this doctor to have new patients. I’ve called 3 times and sent an email about asking to make an appointment and each time she answers she tells me she will call back in 15 minutes and never does. She did the same thing to my husband when he called as well. The only time she has ever called me back was when I didn’t leave a message, only to tell me she will call back in 15 minutes (and NEVER call back hah). I have no idea what her deal is but if your the owner of this establishment I would seriously consider a new receptionist.

Dr. Braxton is amazing! I have had a chronic neck injury for a few years, and after just two adjustments I feel much better and my range of motion has improved significantly.

I used to be scared and hated going to chiropractors. Because I was nervous of people working around my spine… hearing bones crack… not wanting to be paralyzed… One time I went to the chiropractor up northern Ca and I would end up having migraines after he would adjust my back. So when tell I that DR. MEL BRAXTON is such a BLESSING and that he is so AMAZING… I and being honest because I have nothing to gain… He Truly knows his stuff… Back in May 2014 I was injured on the job… Another employee accidentally yanked my neck and sprained my spine and strained my trapezius… Unfortunately the company says you’re supposed to go to the people they want you to go to… I did and I’ve been miserable… haven’t worked since June. nothing has been working… had a «FLARE UP» the beginning of December 2014… Could not turn my head to the right, could not tilt it down, could not fully tilt my head back, it hurt when I would breathe because my lungs would expand. hit the ribs, hurt the spine… I got fed up went to Dr Braxton and literally went from pain level being a 52 on a scale of 1 to 10 to a 6… After one visit and after second visit its going to dropped down even more… That is all I can say is he is truly a BLESSING… This is honestly the best I have felt since before the injury…

I am a dancer/​athlete and came to see Dr. Braxton after nursing a strained low back for almost a month. He was patient & attentive as I explained how I became injured & described my self treatment techniques. He not only corrected/​adjusted my back but my daily practices as well. He explained to me what I was doing wrong & gave me instructions on the correct way to care for my active body. I’m just at the beginning of my treatment but I feel much better already & I will definitely continue with his services even after I am healed from this injury. A nice facility and very professional staff! I live in the Valley so the drive is substantial but well worth it!!!

I cannot recommend Braxton Chiropractic enough. I’ve had many massages (I’ve struggled with migraines and whenever I could afford to, I’d get them weekly to help), and I must say that Dr. Braxton gave one of the best I have ever had (by far the best extremity massage I’ve ever had).
I was suffering from extremely painful back spasms. After a few days, I realized that since they weren’t responding to medication I needed some outside help. I went to another place for a massage on a Friday (Dr. Braxton was booked up that day), and found no relief. That Monday, after 10 days of excruciating pain, I went to Dr. Braxton (the receptionist was super sweet, remembered me from my earlier call and squeezed me in). Dr. Braxton’s office has a very calming atmosphere. The Dr. himself is very personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. After a brief but thorough chat, I received an adjustment, an amazing massage, and a follow-​up adjustment. I was 100% pain free for hours after. Later that night, the pain returned, but went from a 9 to a 2. By the next morning, it was 100% gone.
Bottom line, if you are experiencing any type of back pain, do yourself a favor and go to Braxton Chiropractic. I was so pleased that I bought my husband a certificate for our anniversary, and my husband, who has never had nor wanted a massage from another man, was actually a little disappointed that they called in a woman to do his massage. He did say she was amazing though, one of the best. He also said that Dr. Braxton came in for part of the massage and agrees with me… Dr. Braxton has magic hands (fixed my husband right up too).

My husband hurt his back majorly while lifting weight at the gym. He was in excruciating pain. After he would eat it would hurt worst, he could barely walk or sleep, I never saw my honey like this and I was was feeling him so much my own back started to pain me (I am serious) We went to the doctors they did xrays and said they see nothing gave him pain killers and muscle relaxing drugs and told us if he does not feel better in two MONTHS we can do an MRI WTF. Well I did my best to comfort my honey giving him massages and heating pads, but the pain was now moving down his lower back to his hips and lower legs. After prayer and meditation, Dr. B popped into my head. I remember he had some back aches that he fixed with minor adjustments.
We called the number on the facebook page and his beautiful and wonderful assistant answered at 7pm and made an appointment for the next day. After arriving and entering the wellness studio, I knew this was what we needed the energy of the staff was relaxing in itself. After 1 hour with Dr. B. My husband came strutting out of the office new and improved. The next day he was completely healed, with no pain. Dr. B is more than words can describe. Please if you are living with any pains do not hesitate to call and make an appointment. Our insurance could not cover it, but it only cost $ 75.00. What an amazing deal for a complete healing. I am a professional athlete in track and field and when I say Dr. Braxton works miracles, he really does. He has fixed hamstrings, hip flexor, calve, you name it and I’ve had issues. He understands how frustrating it is as an athlete to be hurt and he works hard to get you right. I’ve had trigger point therapy and deep tissue done on my calve after I tore it. It hurt so good but I was back in maybe 2mo of serious work. He’s fantastic I wish still lived in the area to get work done! Looks like he moved his office since my visit. Looks like a better space. Dr. Braxton really is has the magic touch! Both my mother and I have gone to him for years and we’ve noticed a major lifestyle change since getting several treatments. My mother (who’s much older) and suffers from a pinched nerve walks and sleeps much better. I suffer from lower back pain and sharps pains in my thighs after pregnancy. Since seeing Dr. «B» the pain eased significantly. He also provided soothing massages and physical training helping to maintain a healthy weight. He’s been a lovely addition to our family and my life!

Dr. Braxton has miracle hands. He helped my crazy knees feel better once I started getting his treatment. I no longer experience the twinging pain in my knees when I bend them.
He also helped a friend of mine that was experiencing neck/​shoulder pain. She suffered for two weeks before she could get to see her HMO doctor. Dr. Braxton gave her immediate relief in just one visit. She’s going back to see him on a regular basis now.

Braxton Chiropractic offers a a wide variety of alternative wellness solutions! Dr. Braxton is an excellent chiropractor and massage therapist. He intuitively knows which tools to use to heal the body. I have been getting therapy for my torn hamstring. He has used multiple therapies such as acupuncture, ultrasound and deep tissue massage to facilitate my rapid recovery. He has the magic touch and his expertise is unsurpassed!

I absolutely love the healthy living approach this practice provides to getting well. Dr. Braxton is a natural born healer and genuinely cares! Having been an athlete the majority of my life Dr. Braxton is very knowledgeable about sports injuries. Braxton Chiropractic also gives great healing massages.
