Anytime

Last 2 times I needed a battery for my 20 year-​old Tag Hauer another shop charged me 350.00 saying my model’s batteries don’t get changed without a full pressurizing of the body. I had Anytime change my Tag’s battery last week — 7.50 out-​the-​door. Whaaaat? No sales pitch, no mandatory factory analysis with 10 day wait. And Anytime replaced oem gasket so my watch is still watertight. AND Anytime set my watch to proper time and calendar, which wasn’t included at 350.00 Tag Hauer «authorized» watch repair shop. Live and learn.

My second time coming here and they are always great! They fixed 2 of my watches as good as new. Great prices great customer service. I highly recommend.

I love this place!!! I have been going to get the batteries replaced in my Movado watch and it’s $ 40. Well, not at Anytime!!! I took four more with me, today. Love the owner! Kudos to this place. Check it out! Oh, they sell a great selection of new watches at great prices. $ 9!!!

This place is awesome. The owner, or whoever I have met with every time I’ve been in there has been completely professional, super fast, and very kind. The only frustrating thing, he won’t accept a tip. Which every time I’ve been there, has been highly deserved.

The owners of this watch store really understands the meaning of customer service. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of watches and watch bands but they replace the battery in your watch in just minutes (for a very reasonable price)! I came in this morning to replace a battery in my boyfriends watch. I was expecting to drop it off, but Bo fixed it in less than 7 minutes. He was really nice and approachable. He also ended up hooking me up with the band, so now I don’t have to go through the manufacturer. I will definitely be back!

Went in to get a new band. It was fast, easy, fair priced, and the gentleman is very friendly. I’d highly recommend for watch repair and it looks like they have a great selection of new watches as well.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING INSULTED!
I headed here this morning and greeted the gentleman working here with a smile and a «Good Morning».I handed over my Fossil watch which had it’s minute hand loose.
The gentleman said he can fix it. I asked how much will it cost and how much time will it take.
He goes «10 $ and it will take 15mins».I said «Ok.Let’s do it».
Just when he is about to open my watch I just ask as a customer «Are you sure it costs 10 $ just to put the minute hand back in (the problem with the watch was that the minute hand was a bit loose that’s it)
And then the gentleman throws the watch back at me and goes «I don’t want to repair it anymore. Also, I was wrong, I think it’s going to cost you more now (in a mocking tone)»
I was really taken aback by this gesture. I felt insulted. I had an argument with the guy and made sure I sound my opinion about not to insult the customers in such a manner. A customer has the full right to know what he/​she is paying for. Also, a customer who affords a 120 $ watch certainly can pay up 10 $ to repair it. All you were asked was why are you charging it and how the value for money was justified.
So Again. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING INSULTED!

Once you find a perfect watch shop, you stick with it forever. I was all set with a shop in Glendale, but didn’t think about it when I moved to Culver City… until my watched stopped just before refereeing a soccer match at West LA College.
The owner reset my watch and replaced the band in two minutes flat, only charging me for the band. I guess I have a new watch repair shop.

This fella is sooo nice! I highly recommend. I’ve been here twice for new watch batteries and to change my watch strap. He is quick and inexpensive. I will continue to come here.

The owner is a gem. He took a watch my father gave me years ago that wouldn’t wind up anymore and made it battery operated so that I could keep my sentimental Holly Hobby watch.
This place is of the old-​school crafted school. More businesses should be like this.

Got a new watch that needed to be altered for size. 4 bucks. Done in a few mins.
My old watch had the screen smashed and another watch place told me it would cost more than the watch was worth to fix. I asked this guy and he fixed it for me for 24 bucks! Definitely recommend these folks

I brought 7 watches here that needed new batteries. The guy that works here is very nice, knows what he’s doing and provides a great service.
Since I brought in 7 watches the guy told me it would take an hour to get everything done. I came back later in the day to pick the watches up, he had set the proper times and dates on all the watches and best of all, he offers all services at a very reasonable price!
If you need your watch repaired or a new battery this is definitely the place to come.
Oh and I think this is the same store that used to be located in the Fox Hills Mall and if that is the case, Anytime has been offering great service for many years.

The battery died on my watch, and I called at 6PM to see if they could stay open until a little after 6:30 (they close at 6:30). When I ran in around 6:30, Bo was waiting for me, and replaced the battery within ten minutes. I can’t believe it only cost me about 6 dollars to replace it!
Although we didn’t talk much, I really appreciate Bo for his kindness.

I needed batteries replaced for six watches, most have which had been languishing in my watch case unworn & unloved for over a year (who needs a watch when you have your iPhone /​Android /​stranger on the street with a watch?). Things got off to a shaky start when at the store’s appointed opening time, the door was locked, the windows were dark, and there was no sign of life. After a few minutes, it occurred to me that it is somewhat ironic that a store that sells & services watches would be late to open, and I mean that in the literal sense and not the Alanis Morissette sense.
However, once they opened all was good, and I found to my surprise that the cost of replacing the batteries was almost half of what I usually paid. I picked up the watches a few hours later, and they were ready to go & looked great. I will definitely come back for any watch battery needs.
