Coming to this store reminds me why I prefer online shopping. The sales associates were not very helpful and took so long to ring up one person that I decided to not buy the four items I had in my hand and to just deal with the online store. Also, they had very few smalls and items were damaged (broken hooks and make up stains).

This location has the worst customer service ever! They focus more on fixing the clothes rather then helping the customers. The store is filthy and the fitting rooms are full of dust. The store manager needs to learn how to speak to customers in a respectful way. I shall not be returning to this location since I found a very nice dress at MASIION, a cute store a few doors down.

Worst store I have ever shopped! First off, I bought a dress from the Culver City store. When I returned home, I realized that the strap to the dress was torn and almost ready to completely rip apart. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint on the store as well the dress. The lady on the phone sounded so uninterested and uncaring. She directed me to return my item to the Manhattan Beach store, since I was unhappy with the customer service from the Culver City store. She stated, she would call the store and let them know I was coming. When I arrived, none of the workers had been informed of this issue. Then, refused my money back and offered store credit. «Why would I want store credit? So I could spend more money at a store I can’t stand». So I called American Express to refund my credit card and explained my problem. I love American Express, took care of the problem right away. Got my money back and got to keep the dress too! Second off, when I went to the Culver City store, I noticed a skirt on the manikin, which was the very last one. When I asked if I could have it, I was told that it was against store policy. VERY STUPID POLICY! I wasn’t offered to order this Item, find it at another location or anything else for that matter. A store shouldn’t display an item on a mannikin that they don’t have for sale. That’s pretty stupid to me.

Love Love Love this store! Its very similar to bebe but just a bit less in price.
Their clothes are very trendy, stylish and unique. Everytime i come to the store the staff is beyond helpful, professional and they keep the store very clean and neat. You can get a dress or outfit for any occasion weather is a girls night out, birthday dress, dinner dress, lace, short long, bandage… they have it all.
The jewelry selection is great and so is the shoe selection. I also order from their website since i know what my size is in their clothing already. This is a girls one stop shop for anything for any occasion.
