I really like coming to this Hallmark, mainly because the staff here have always been professional, helpful, and knowledgable about their card stock and gifts. I also like that the store is organized(no empty shelves), and they have some really nice gift options, especially if you’re looking for something last minute. I find that cards can sometimes be too wordy, but the staff here(especially this one guy…) have always been good at helping me find cards that say just enough, and they don’t leave me hanging in the aisles trying to figure out a card to pick for someone… I appreciate that. :-) 058⁄100

Came here one more time to check out the cards selection of the store, and I am telling you — it is NEVER a disappointment. Upon entering the store, I was instantly greeted by 2 friendly faces. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to have people in this world, who still know what the meaning of customer service is. They are just always so helpful and personable. The best thing about this place is they know me by my name, and I think that is one of the best kind of experience you can ever get out of a retail setting. I went in to purchase a couple of cards, as you can see I am an old soul. My bff’s mom’s birthday is coming up, my mothers, and I wanted to get one of my good friend’s a postcard. GREATSELECTION as always. I usually don’t have to ask for help, as they usually check on me and respectfully give me space if I do not need the help. I think, by all means, if any manager needs to learn how to manage their team efficiently, I would see how this place is ran by the employees. Never a disappointment. I pray via Jesus, via Buddha that they NEVER go out of business. Love you guys so much!

Amy seems the own a lot of Hallmark stores across Southern California. I think the one in Santa Ana is also owned by this Amy. Hallmarks are dying so it’s a good thing Amy has included other things to keep her franchise alive. In addition to the signature greeting cards, there’s gifts you can buy ranging from Peanuts, Precious Moments, to other statues and figurines. This particular location also has build your own Crayola’s, and lots of Godiva chocolates. With so many places like Target, Walmart and even drug stores like CVS having the same stuff as Hallmark, I hope that Amy can keep her franchises alive.

This Hallmark is really great. The people who work there are always so chirppy… and helpful! I love coming to this one because all the employees seem to wanna help u get the best card for the occasion. I think this location is a popular one, because they do seem to run out of stock fast… especially in my fav hoops and yoyo brand. But where they lack in this, they make up for in customer service.

How do I review a Hallmark? They sell different types of items from greeting cards, stuffed animals, figurines and of course Christmas ornaments. This is where I usually go when I need to get a greeting card of some type, usually that’s why I’m here — but I do stop by whenever I’m in the mall and am just wandering around. The workers here are always very friendly and helpful.

Hahahahaa. They sell tissues that have a nun saying ‘Bless You!‘ Catholic humor is the best. Hallmark sells an assortment of things. I rarely buy greeting cards, but this store manages to draw me in with nun tissues and Snoopy stuffed animals and retro-patterned notebooks. Once I’m in, I have to buy one of everything because everything’s either adorable or hilarious. The workers here are very friendly, and they’re familiar with their stock. Once, they were out of nun tissues, and the woman working knew when they’d have them in again. Thank god. ;-)
