This is a small Co. Owned by two brothers, I defiantly would be very careful when considering accepting a job. People do not stay around long because communication is very bad. Pay is very low for what is expected of you! Office girls are great, they run the place and work very hard.

Totally inefficient. The patrol officers at 1745 Vida Hollywood are a joke (either extremely overweight or skinny wimpy) Regardless of their pathetic appearance both the officers and the call center are unreliable, inefficient and useless. We have to call every week due to neighbor’s noise and disrespectful behavior and we have to call more than 3 times (in a 3 hour period) for the issue to be resolved. When you call a 2^nd time call center says they already notified the officers but it takes them 30 minutes to get to the area of trouble. Thee officers do not lock some doors and of course some neighbors get in the pool area at 2 am waking everybody. I have even seen the officers watching movies in their car, sleeping and even flirting with girls in the gym. Pathetic and unprofessional
