Advanced Writing Specialists provides expert tutoring in English writing and critical thinking skills for high school, college, and business, as well as professional proofreading and editing services for authors. We offer 24-​hour-​feedback support for emergency writing assignments. We tutor online in our Virtual Classroom and in the convenience of your own home (Los Angeles — Santa Monica — South Bay — Long Beach). You can purchase tutoring/​editing packages or pay as you go!

Our instructors/​editors hold doctorates, have taught at the university and high school levels, and are published academic authors. Business Owner

Greg has a BA in philosophy from Reed College, and a PhD in philosophy from UC, San Diego. He has taught philosophy, humanities, and college writing at UC, San Diego, Pierce College, L.A. Valley College, L.A. City College, Southwest L.A. College, and El Camino College. He is the author of *Heidegger and Logic: The Place of Logos in Being and Time*.

John has a BA in philosophy from Swarthmore College, and a PhD in philosophy from UC, San Diego. He has taught philosophy, humanities, and English at UC, San Diego, University of San Diego, and Loyola High School. He is the author of *Aristotle: A Guide For the Perplexed*.
