The Notary Doc is a mobile notary service, specializing in signing agent services. We perform loan closings (refinance, 2^nd, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, buyer/​seller side transactions, modifications) in your client’s home. We also perform site inspections for business verification, lease equipment verification and other inspections as requested.

History

Established in 1998.

Andrea Guthridge, The Notary Doc, obtained her Notary Public commission in 1998 and immediately began performing loan closings as a mobile notary. Recently, Ms. Guthridge has added merchant and lease inspections to her portfolio of services.

Andrea has been a notary public since 1998. She has been performing loan closings as a notary signing agent since acquiring her notary commission and recently began performing merchant inspections as well. She carries her own E&O insurance policy, has passed a background check and has been certified as a Notary Signing Agent by the National Notary Association. Areas serviced include Northern and North-​Central Virginia.
