As founder and senior partner of the firm, Richard brings over 30 years of experience to the field of personal injury law. He attended law school at the College of William and Mary.

Born in Charlottesville, Virginia, Richard Dulaney completed his studies at Yale University and the law school at the College of William and Mary. He was honored to serve as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Having founded Dulaney, Lauer & Thomas in 1968, Mr. Dulaney is a senior partner in the firm and brings over 30 years of experience to the field of personal injury law.
