We are a full service coffeehouse offering gourmet brewed coffees, espresso drinks, smoothies, and more. We also prepare all our own food in house including delicious pastries, muffins, and house recipe granola. For lunch or a light dinner we have specialty focaccias, quiche, spanakopita, and many other items to choose from. Our café’ is a great environment to study, hang out with friends, or just relax.

History

Established in 2013.

We don’t simply sell coffee; our desire is to serve people. When customers drop by for a minute we hope they experience a moment. As a local establishment we seek to serve Western Carolina University and the surrounding communities by providing a great cup of coffee, good food, friendly service, meeting space for study groups, a venue for community events, and a place where customers feel like «regulars.» Customers are always welcome to stay as long they like in our inviting environment.

«Coffee with a Cause» refers to a few things. All of the coffee we serve and sell is all fair trade. That means that the farmers that grow our coffee are getting a decent price for their beans. Our coffee roaster, Café Campesino, is similarly concerned for the welfare of all in the coffee world — from the growers to the consumers. We are grateful for our partnership, and we feel great about going the extra mile.
