Skyline Catering

I booked skyline for a work lunch. It was delicious! I’m so impressed at what I got for the price, and my coworkers loved it. Everything was fresh as can be and picture perfect. I would not hesitate to book skyline. They will be my go to choice for work events forever!

Skyline Deli is awsome. I eat there at least once a week and all of the food is always outstanding. I have never had a bad meal. A must try deli.

I have been in the South Milwaukee area for the last two years for work, and happened to find this gem. I have eaten both from the retail deli as well as from Skyline having catered over a dozen events for my organization within the past two years. Each meal is just as delicious as the next. If you have a chance to stop by and grab a lunch, or convince your boss to let them cater just one meal… you won’t be disappointed. The staff that work there are always friendly, and the owner is more than willing to sit and talk to you with any questions you have about food or even beer pairings!

Stopped for a quick Roast Beef Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread. It was wonderful in a world of processed lunch meat, it was great to actually have REAL Roast Beef. The service was friendly and FAST! I’ll be back

My fiancé and I met with Skyline about a year ago to book them for our wedding this June. We were first offered an in-​person meeting with the owner, Ernie, to discuss our needs and wishes. The meeting was very professional, yet casual; it took place at their office and deli.
A few weeks later we went back for our tasting. When we arrived, the dining area was set for us with linens and tableware. We were welcomed and offered drinks immediately. Unlike other caterers, Skyline does not double book tastings, so we were lucky in being truly catered to. In addition, we were afforded the privacy of an honest dinner. Many other caterers will sit with you and watch you chew. This was not the case at Skyline, however, wait staff (and Ernie) were available on-​demand for any questions we had. Between courses, Ernie offered detailed descriptions of each food being presented. After the tasting we sat with Ernie and discussed our likes, dislikes and suggestions. He offered great advice and even assured us that he would be at the event himself to oversee the entire service. This was a commitment we appreciated.
The month before the wedding, Ernie and his lead staff, John, met with us at the venue for the final meeting. Skyline was accommodating in being flexible with minor changes and was even able to acquire last minute service needs (extra tables, flatware, etc).
On the day of the wedding, service and food was phenomenal! We had passed appetizers during cocktail hour which our guests raved about. We served a ‘family-​style’ dinner which other caterers we met with called ‘tricky.’ Skyline pulled it off smashingly. In lieu of a cake, we wanted to serve pies to each table. Skyline’s bakery came through with fantastic pies and was the perfect end to dinner.
All things said, it was great. We would definitely recommend Skyline for any catering events (especially weddings)!

Skyline is great. Perfect place to stop and get quick lunch items. Different entrées and soups featured daily. The food is always great quality at an affordable price.
