Established in 2006.

Having worked in repair shops, he realized that most people were having problems getting quality service due to the high prices being charged. This was the catalyst that motivated him to set out on his own.

After obtaining CompTIA’s A+ Certification in 2006 Omar started working as a computer technician professionally. At first he set out to be an independent contractor, however, finding business wasn’t that easy. Eventually he joined computer companies to develop his skills further, learning not only about computers, but the importance of customer service. His hardest lesson was when a client said to him «I’ll pay because I need the job done, but I’m never coming back.» With this in mind, he has been working ever since to offer quality services at a reasonable price. His number one priority and commitment is customer satisfaction.

For over a decade Omar Sanchez has been passionate about the world of computers. Since he received his CompTIA certification in 2006, he has worked independently and for companies in solving computer related issues. Whether it be building a computer or website, networking, or even teaching others how to use programs, Omar’s patience, persistence, and vast knowledge enable him to produce timely results. His thirst for knowledge drives him to constantly learn and experiment with new programs and aspects of computer related work. He then brings what he has learned to clients in hopes that it will make their lives easier and more efficient. Omar is committed to providing quality service, reliability, and outstanding customer support to all who seek his assistance. Recently Omar obtained a Mac OS X Associate Certification, adding Macintosh support for his clients.
