Got my rental car booked during my business trip. Their service was awesome and much better than the fancy Hertz.
Although they are not located inside the airport like others but still their srvice and condition of cars are much better. I had booked an economy car but got a mid size clean car without even asking for upgrade.
Will definitely go with them during my future trips.

I was looking to rent a car in Milwaukee and Mayfair Rent-​A-​Car had the best pricing for a rental around the airport. They have shuttle that picks you and will drop you off. The people working at that location were friendly and professional.
I ran into an issue on the return where the person checking the car found the smallest of dings on the driver door. I never noticed it on check out nor did the person looking with me and we inspected it pretty thorough. I explained that I know I did not do it and the girl went back through previous renters and found the ding recorded.
I suggest that if they have things recorded, why don’t they use that as a baseline for future renters. It would save getting the customer upset and aid in the checking in and out of the cars.
I would rent again from them.

This car rental place is not located at Mitchell airport in Milwaukee. You have to call and get a shuttle to pick up your car. If you have time, it’s a nice option to save money. My experience was a pleasant one! Great car, great customer service!

great service and great cars! can’t find this anywhere else. Costumer service is a plus at this location, car was clean and inspection was a breeze. the only downside is to pay the «airport fee» even if the location is not at the airport.

Wow! Unbelievable. not only does this rental car service leave my husband and his brother stranded at the airport with no shuttle to the rental car, but they overcharge from what the reservation was. They also take an additional $ 100 deposit, which they don’t want to refund. Not only that, but they lied and told me that my husband returned the car a day too late – which was impossible as he had arrived back home from his trip on the scheduled date that he returned the car. There is absolutely no apologies to the insulted customers for their error. Candace is a rude and obnoxious customer service person. Never never never again will we rent from this company.

I really appreciate the friendly and efficient customer service from Dan. A great price for a nice, new car. Only downside is not actually on the airport but (I forgot her name) the shuttle driver was very nice and helpful.
I do recommend and would definitely use Mayfair again.

Great price and service. The only drawback is the remote location from the airport. It’s actually a car dealership that rents cars. But all things considered it’s well worth the 10 minute drive to save so much money.

We have rented from Mayfair numerous times when visiting Milwaukee and always had an incredibly positive experience with the vehicles we’ve driven. The staff (we have dealt with Dan, among others) are consistently friendly and eager to do what they have to do to facilitate the rental check-​in and check-​out process. Barring any price differences, we would NEVER use any other car rental agency when visiting Milwaukee and wish they had more locations throughout the US.

Don’t rent from this place! They are a complete rip off! I rented a brand new truck from them one night and returned the vehicle 5 days later on a day they were closed. The vehicle was dropped off at night and keys placed in mail slot since they were closed. No damage was done to the truck. I called the next day to confirm they received the car and processed the paperwork. The clerk stated there’s dents on the top of truck. The truck is a Suburban and I could not see the top of the truck. I trusted the clerk who jumped up to see if there was damage. He said none!

We were visiting for a week with the kids, and this place was great. We got a upgrade to a bigger vehicle with a second row DVD player for a really reasonable price. And when I mentioned to Jennifer that we didn’t bring any DVDs for the kids to watch, she gave us four movies to take along for the week. Excellent.
The only wrinkle is their hours are short on weekends, but they have a drop off point at a nearby hotel and that actually went really smoothly.

Off airport location which is always a little off putting but this was quick and their rates were the best in the area. Pick up is only about 5 minutes from airport and the staff were beyond helpful. I would use again.
