I dealt with the office in Inglewood and they basically tried to get over on me. The lady Ana quoted me one amount for my refund and the state quoted me a higher amount. She basically tried to take 900 and still charge me a 250 fee. They’re crooks. Check with the Irs or state for the correct amount if you deal with them.

I was previously going to do business with these folks. When I asked them about their fee structure they basically said, we’ll charge people as much as they let themselves. Quoting Mireya Meza, «She said most people don’t care if you overcharge them as long as they don’t have to pay upfront for the service. That is why we simply deduct the fee off their tax return.» So you should double check how much they are charging you to make sure you aren’t overcharged. Also, if Mireya Meza has done your taxes for this year. Know that she is not certified to do them. Her certification expired November 2014. You are welcome to go to
