STOP CALLING MY PHONE!
I live in Arizona, not Florida for Pete’s sake!!!
Even if I did live in Florida, I wouldn’t use a company that calls me everyday for no reason!!! So… STOP IT!!!

Where do I start with this company! My dad is a resident of the villages and has been totally taken advantage of by this company. They convinced him he needed an electric home AC unit instead of his gas unit — a perfectly good system that was 9 years old was replace for $ 10,000. Their first «FREE» checkup on the system after 6 months cost her $ 500.00 of bogus work that didn’t need to be done. When his system went out over the summer, they were able to come up with more «NECESSARY» fixes for over $ 3000.00! Their technician was real simple, down home guy but is NOT honest.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My dad’s AC went out 24 hours after he wrote a $ 3000.00 check. This company is so bad that we didn’t call this company back. Called another service that was out immediately, removed UV lighting that was previously installed and rewired unit so it wasn’t constantly tripping circuit breaker. The new company charged us $ 1600.00 (for two hours of work!!!). I have been frustrated by the ability of these companies to take advantage of the elderly living in the villages.
