We have come into this store before and the girl working there was useless, BUT this experience today was so much worse. I had Apple repair/replace my broken iPhone and did not get my SIM card back, so we called Sprint to activate the phone and the person told us to go the Sprint repair center store in Crystal Lake to get a new SIM card. I initially went in alone because my husband is in a wheelchair(paraplegic) and does not want to get unloaded unless we are at the correct place. I asked the guy if they had SIM cards for iPhone 5c because mine was gone and he said that they should have some in the back — I told him that I would just have to go get my husband from the car. SO, I went to the car, got my husband to come in with me(the Sprint account is under his name so he has to be there), and after about 10 minutes, the«manager,» who said his name was«Heavy» and who was the person I spoke with when I walked in the door(above), told us that he could not give us a SIM card — we would have to exchange one. I informed him what the Sprint customer service said to go to the repair center(which it was) and he wouldn’t contact Sprint about the issue and THEN this idiot girl who apparently does the repairs first stated they might have an iPhone 5c SIM card, but then — WITHOUTEVENCHECKING — was like, «NO, we do not even have one» — in a total b*tch tone — I think that her name was Destiny maybe, I asked the manager and he was being weird about it. They have ZERO customer service at this store and everyone should be fired and whoever is in charge of this group of fools should be ashamed.
