Plumb-In-Time Plumbing Services

My husband & I hired Home Depot to install a new Corian counter and windowsills in our home. When we knew the installation date, I contacted Plumb-​In-​Time whom we also hired through Home Depot to schedule a time to hook up our sink and faucet. I scheduled them for the day after our counter installation, and they gave me the window of 2p-​6p. They also said they would call when they were on their way. On the day of the appointment, I didn’t hear from them. It was getting late, so I gave them a call. The girl on the phone seemed confused and put me on hold. When she came back on the line she told me that there had been some confusion on their end and that they weren’t coming. I fired them on the spot, and Home Depot refunded the money to my credit card with an apology. Since I made the appointment a full week in advance and since my husband had to take the afternoon off from work, I was appalled! What an unprofessional and undependable company!
