We are located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. We provide most of our services in our comfortable, elegant office, and we have the options of distant services via telephone and Skype.

History

Established in 2000.

Guided Choices was started in 2000 in San Diego, Ca, It was expanded to Crystal Lake and the Northwest suburbs in 2004. In 2013 we moved to our present location. Then adding a massage therapist Kathy Hartjes and Bill Birong for therapy. This team offers a variety of areas to serve you.

Alicia Marcos Birong is Certified Clinical Master Hypnotherapist a, Certified Professional Life Coach. She has 30 years of experience as a skilled hypnotherapist, coach,.Her clientele consists of all age groups and she specializes in working with children who have various behavioral issues including self-​esteem, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and sensory issues. Using Hypnotherapy and Life coaching. She is a pioneer in the field of pediatric hypnosis and has developed techniques specific to helping children through hypnosis.

Family work is also an important part of Alicia practice. She has worked with families no matter what the ages to assist in functioning in a healthy life. She also specializes in working with women assisting them through the various transitions of life, family, starting new businesses and careers. Alicia is the director of a Coaching school offering Coaching,&Hypnotherapy, She recently started a new program on self-​esteem for girl’s ages 8 – 13 called ChatterGirls
