Have been to better locations. The service was very slow, bagel was burnt, vanilla bean coolata was VERY watered down with no taste. Not to mention she was making my bagel with no gloves on-​bare hands. Ew. I’ll stick to going to the island lake location.

This Dunkin Donuts is not as packed as other DD and for that, I am a fan. I don’t like being rushed and I don’t even take a long time to order.

I, However, do NOT CARE for their intro at the drive thru. «What are you drinkin?»
Excuse me? What am I drinking? How about. «Good morning, can I take your order please?»
Granted, this location does not have a drive-​thru, I am talking about DD in general.

This is one of two DD’s in Crystal Lake now. Nice that you don’t have to drive to Cary to get the donuts anymore. A little sad in that it is stealing business from more original places like Country Donut just up the road on 14.
The menu is all the same choices as any of their other outlets. The donuts taste pretty good. Check your mailbox for coupons.
