Service is excellent and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Very seldom that businesses give personalized service the way Citibank does. By the way, the bank CAN be reached directly by dialing the sane prefix with 5051.

My fiancé and I went into Citibank with lots of questions. We wanted to find out how to best fit our needs with our bank accounts. Should we do joint accounts? Separate? Both? I was hesitant to even visit a bank with all the questions we still had, but thought it would help to have someone at least explain our options.
We met with Adam Gurchiek, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He was patient, kind, listened to all of our concerns, and set us up with accounts that meet our needs. He spent almost two hours helping us figure out what was best for us, and we didn’t feel rushed or hurried at all.
Each time I have called or gone in to Citibank since, I have had excellent service.
