I visited this store a couple months ago and was pleased with the customer service. The girl in the silverware/flatware department, I believe her name was Erin, was a huge help in guiding me in the right direction. She was honest and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of working with Francisco and Jordyn in returning a humidifier that had gone bad on me. They were both very helpful with handling my return and the actual return process at BBB is super accommodating with NO haggles involved. I was in and out and very pleased with my experience. Keep up the good work and great customer service. Thanks again guys!

Bad customer service. I forgot to bring in a 20% coupon, yet they couldn’t just let it slide and give me the discount? Their items are overpriced anyway, so even with the 20% coupon, you’re getting the same deal you would elsewhere. So now I have to bring the coupon back to get the price adjustment. May not seem like a big deal, but really, if you knew anything about keeping a customer happy, you would have given the discount. Some of the employees are great. The rest have poor attitudes and stand around and sulk. This is strike 3 for this location and I’m done.

Wow, just wow. Normally I’m a pretty big fan of Bed Bath & Beyond, mostly for the 20% coupon that they always slip into my mailbox, just to make sure that they stay in the front of my mind. BBB is usually my go-to for gifts as well as my own home needs, so when I needed an engagement present for a good friend, they were the first place I thought to look. First off, this particular store has the feel of a garage sale on Sunday afternoon. The aisles are cram-packed with random stuff to the point that you’re left to play chicken with your fellow shoppers. I felt like I could hardly breathe in there! I was looking for their gift registry/fine china department, which is usually quite expansive and nice looking(beautifully set up and practically dripping with crystal vases and bone china). I actually did a lap around the whole store because I initially missed the closet sized nook where the department was shoved. My intention was to pick up a Kate Spade or Vera Wang photo frame for the happy couple, but their selection was pitiful. I spotted 2 sales associates amid the clutter and decided to ask them if there were more wedding frames that I might have missed. One of them told me(nicely) that they did, indeed have more in their photo department(while waving me in that general direction). I didn’t feel up for trudging through the messy store again, so I left empty-handed. I think I would rather drive to Schaumburg or Lombard over going back to that store.

Very satisfied with the service and attention we received while creating our wedding registry! I would definitely recommend couples to register here for your wedding!

Not the biggest BB&B out there but its clean and the staff is always helpful. The store is well laid out so you aren’t searching all over for the one thing you need.(I’m looking at you Mr. Can Opener) This place makes me want to buy all the one trick ponies a kitchen can handle. A margarita maker? A donut baking pan? Oh over there. look! It’s a Mango slicer.
