Specializing in self esteem, anxiety and depression, social and peer pressures, going through life transitions, loss and handling relationship issues and managing a chronic mental illness. Individual, group, couples of any kind and family therapy. Will do home visits for frail elderly or disabled clients. I am currently working on a sliding fee basis but will be able to accept insurance soon.

History

Established in 2013.

This is a new private practice. My office is in the Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center in Croton on Hudson, New York. I have over 30 years of professional experience as a NY State Licenced Clinical Social Worker in the field of mental health in various types of settings. I’m trained in Crisis Management, DBT, working with cognitively impaired and mentally ill patients as well as CBT and anger and stress management. I relate well to diverse populations and respect cultural, spiritual, and sexualDo differences. I love connecting with others and being «the guiding eyes through the darkness» just like the owl, my personal symbol.
