History
Established in 2003.
In 2003 we started out in a little 6×10 building at Hwy 90 and FM 2100 as the Crawfish Hut and a drive-thru only. Customers began requesting that we have a table for them to sit and eat. Eventually customers began bringing their own tables. Dan built a small patio with a few tables and we were packed every night with a line waiting to sit down. Needless to say, we out grew that location. We moved to our current location at 5822 FM 2100 in 2007 and changed our name to Crawfish Shack. Every year we have added on and modified to accomodate the ever growing business. We have been so blessed and we love our customers! Opening our drive thru Wednesday, January 13 for our 2016 season!
