History

Established in 1969.

Quality Carpet One Floor & Home started business as Quality Carpet Shop, Inc. in 1969 in Bowie. Bill Berlin started the business with his son, Bill Berlin and son-​in-​law, John Marchionne. Bill Berlin retired and his son Bill and John took over the business and have kept it alive until they recently also retired in 2009. Now the business is being run by Bill Berlin’s son, Greg, along with his wife Christal and best friend Shawn Orme. They take a very laid back approach and don’t push high pressure sales. They are there to help you make a good decision regarding the flooring in your home. They sell the way they like to shop and they treat every customer as part of their family.
