I was referred from another company due to the «professional process» Capital is known for … well, I only wish I experienced this «processional process».
I spoke to Tony, the owner, and set up a time for a visit from one of their ‘experts’ to review the damage and give an estimate for work.
Their guy came and reviewed the water damage, from leaking chimney, and said «I can do this» — I told him as long as it is not over $ 1,000 we are good cost wise … he agreed to stay in that budget.
Well, that was 3 weeks ago! — after a few follow up text messages, including me sending him pictures of the damage, and I also left 3 voicemails — well, nothing has been done and I am now seeking a different company to complete the work.
Stay away!
