Joseph has over 20 years of professional cooking and restaurant management experience from all over the United States, with in-depth knowledge of American Regional, French, Italian, and Mexican cuisines. Trained by Chef Paul Lee of Café Andreotti’s in Harrah’s Hotel Casino, a Fine-Dining Italian restaurant located in Stateline, NV, and refined by The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Joseph continues to push himself to higher and higher marks while still being approachable by the average consumer. Joseph has dedicated himself to a philosophy of hospitality that goes beyond mere customer satisfaction and embodies a selflessness that is rarely seen in today’s commercial arena.
Joseph has also served in the US Military and the discipline and life skills he learned there has served him well. He has never scored less than 92% on Health Dept. inspections, so you can have peace of mind knowing your food is completely safe and healthy.
