The Coffee Barn offers handcrafted lattes, hot, iced or blended, a variety of teas, 100% fruit smoothies, homemade breakfast burritos and homemade pastries. We use Allegro coffee and beans for a wonderful beginning to any coffee drink! Grab and go foods also include Umpqua Oatmeal and Kind granola bars. History

Established in 2013.

My husband and I started this business after being laid off from the local school district and frustrated with working in the casinos. We always look for independent drive thru coffee shops when we travel and decided that it was just what Cripple Creek needed. After much investigation, we decided to serve Allegro coffee, a Colorado roaster that is certified fair trade. As much as possible, we shop for local ingredients and use local merchants.

Sandra is a native Cripple Creek resident, having lived here since she was four years old. Her goal is to bring quality products to the residents and visitors of her hometown. She married Jim in 2012 and together, they built The Coffee Barn.
