Willamette Wildlings is a native plant nursery with a wide selection of species available. We sell containerized Oregon native plants (herbaceous perennials, shrubs, and trees) and Oregon native wildflower seed. Our focus is on the Willamette Valley and all products are source identified.

Plant sales are primarily wholesale but we do sometimes sell direct to the public. Our seed is retail.

History

Established in 2011.

Willamette Wildlings was started with the goal in mind of giving the gardeners of the Southern Willamette Valley easy access to a wide variety of native plants. The hope is to establish a solid relationship with local nurseries and provide them unique and interesting native plant species that are well suited for both the urban and rural garden — and also well suited for the area by supporting the maintenance of local genetics. Later wildflower seed was added as a retail product line to provide gardeners in the Willamette Valley direct access to local wildflower seed without having to meet order minimums (sometimes imposed by bigger growers) or bring in seed from out of the area.
