I had an exceptional experience with Greg, the owner of Sparkling Spas. I was first going to buy from Costco but decided to visit his warehouse in Crestwood and I am very glad that I did.
I should mention that every time I called he picked up and was happy to help. Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options.
He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly.
One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa’s over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years — these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.

We met Greg and visited the showroom where Greg took us and really took his time explaining to us the hot tub world. We ordered a tub and then changed our mind the next day and then the day after that. You are spending a good chunk of money so you want what you want. It took a little while to get it since it was being shipped from Florida but so worth the wait! We are so happy with the quality and service especially the personal service we received from Greg. We called a few times with questions about the water and tub and he never once said I’ll call you back always was professional and fast when it came to our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

This is a warehouse distributor where you can get hot tubs and spa and in the process save beaucoup bucks. They will deliver it to your home in the metro Chicago area. To get it off the truck, you need to get a case of beer and invite some friends over. They usually have a number in stock but if you decide on a model that has to be ordered from a catalog, it takes a few weeks to get it in.
