My stylist was John, I went in for a Perfection Keratin treatment. I received a chocolate smoothie treatment. Needless to say this treatment did not straighten my hair. I had called to alter my daughters appointment from Keratin straightening to just a haircut 3 days later. When we arrived for my daughters haircut I was informed by John that I would receive another treatment free of charge. Wonderful, I thought and made an appt. I had to cancel the appt later and informed them due to my schedule I didn’t know when I could reschedule. This was the last week in August. I called back yesterday to make an appt for this service owed to me and was told it’s been too long and they could not honor what they previously said. Although I am sure John had no problem spending my money and apparently had no problem with an unhappy customer. The fact that this behavior is acceptable at this salon is beyond me. if You are not as good as your word, what are you

Jerry always does an amazing job on my hair. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and I felt very at home there. The products used in my hair left me feeling amazing. And it’s obvious that other clients love them as well since I was unable to buy them after my trim! I’d follow Jerry anywhere but I definitely love the vibe of this salon! The owner/boss was so nice. She came over and talked to me as Jerry worked on my hair. She genuinely cared about my upcoming wedding and I did not feel like a new client to the salon. Love it here! Can’t wait to have Jerry do some more magic to my hair!

The salon was very welcoming and clean. The stations are private enough to partake in a serious conversation with your stylist but yet open enough to share a laugh with another customer or employee.
I appreciated when an employee came to me as I was waiting for the color in my hair to process, to ask me information about myself so they could add me to the computer. I’m not sure who she was so that’s something the salon should probably work on, introducing themselves to new clients. I had known Jerry from a previous life so there was no need for introduction there.
The shampoos are fabulous, I’m talking about the actual shampoo and scalp massage. I think I might have fallen asleep at some point – it was that good! It’s also nice that your stylist actually washes and rinses your hair. I like that kind of continuity. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
