Grandview Summit Apartments

Great apartment complex. Complex is surrounded by tons of tree’s. Apartment homes are large and very spacious. Great mix of families and working professionals. Quiet and peaceful. Great amenities. Beautiful pool, super clean. Great area by the pool that has a gas fire pit, gas bbq for grilling out. The staff and management are amazing. Always friendly, always available, etc. If there is ever an issue with your apartment, the maintenance staff is fast, efficient and professional. You are able to request maintenance online as well as pay your rent online. Pet friendly. Dog bags and waste receptacles are everywhere. Beautiful lake field with ducks and great places to walk. Easy drive to Downtown Cincinnati. Less than 7 miles from downtown Cincinnati. Located close to everything. Overall just a great complex to live.

Nestled away in the hills of Crestview, Grandview Summit boasts dozens of new, large apartments. Three different styles are available: each with 2 bed /​2 bath and ranging from 1,200 — 1,400 square feet. My favorite thing about this place: the closet space! Bedrooms each have two massive walk-​in closets. I’ve even see someone put a desk in the closet and make it into their office. The kitchens are fully equipped with walk-​in pantry, washer/​dryer hook ups, dish washer, and plenty of cabinets. Each apartment also has a balcony, gas fireplace, secure entrance, and optional garage. I’m pretty sure these apartments are brand new; I can still smell the new carpet scent when walking in the foyer.
There are a few things I would change:
— Bedroom and bathroom doors don’t fully shut, or pop back open when shut.
— If you have a room facing the fountain in the courtyard, you will hear it with the windows open.
— Parking spaces fill up quickly. It’s not uncommon to have your car parked a few buildings away from where you live.
— The apartments are kind of out in the middle of no where.
Alright, I can’t change that last one, but it would be awesome if something this large and affordable were located closer to Downtown. Grandview Summit is about 20 minutes from Cincinnati. It’s positioned on a hill between the Fort Wright Walmart and the corporate business complexes of Crestview Hills /​Thomas More College. You can’t see any of these from the apartments themselves, but just know that there isn’t much to do nearby.
Overall, if you’re looking for a place in the suburbs, Grandview Summit is for you.
