Description

Specialties

Tzatziki dripping Gyros, fresh made Hummus and Baba Gannoush, Pita Nachos and 7-Layer Mezes… Greek and Tahini Salads, Lamb and Chicken kabobs, Spanokopita… Oh my, can you say «incredible» in Greek!!! Chase ‘em down with a shot of Ouzo and a delectable homemade Baklava or one of our decadent miilshakes. We’re serving daily from 11:00 a.m. Oh, and don’t forget our now famous Pita’s Happy Hour daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We’re located right on Elk Avenue, across from the Post Office.

History

Established in 1999.

Pitas in Paradise, like Crested Butte, has soul. You will not find us in the food court at your local mall. You will not find us off Interstate 70 next to Applebee’s. Nor are we conveniently located in a town near you. We love living here in paradise making pitas for you. Things don’t have to be so complicated. Simplify! Enjoy your life, enjoy your time in Crested Butte, and please enjoy Pitas in Paradise

Sincerely,

Tom Pezel and Michael Winn — Owners

Business Owner

I’ve owned Pitas in Paradise since 2013 and we pride ourselves on creating a fun family atmosphere for our customers. Crested Butte is an eccentric mountain town with colorful friendly people living and visiting here from all over the world and we at Pitas in Paradise take that same approach with our customers. If you’re looking for a place to relax after a long day playing in the mountains, Pitas in Paradise is the place to grab an affordable meal, a cold craft brew and enjoy great company!
