Karolina’s Kitchen specializes in traditional smoke house BBQ. Long and gentle hickory smoke cooks our succulent baby back ribs, our giant slow smoked beef ribs, our fabulously tender pulled pork, and our unbelievably delicious 16 hour smoked brisket!

Try our hush puppies with remoulade sauce, and our hand formed ½ lb burgers. Don’t miss the purple Coleslaw, and home made mac ‘n cheese that is cheesy and fantastic!

Karolina’s Kitchen is right next to Kochevar’s Saloon; one of the oldest saloons in the Gunnison valley, and a fantastic place to hang out, play pool or darts, or just enjoy a signature cocktail or ice cold beer with your friends and family!

Karolina’s Kitchen is located in Kochevar’s Saloon and Gaming Hall. Established in 1886, Kochevar’s Saloon was hand built by Jacob Kochevar to be the family home, kitchen, and saloon to help feed the community of Crested Butte. A mining town in the Rockies with great character and tenacity. Karolina’s Kitchen continues the tradition of great food at working man’s prices. The décor on the walls are all family artifacts and treasures collected throughout many years of being the cornerstone of an incredible community.
