History

Established in 2014.

After a large hail storm in the spring of 2012, I went to work for a roofing company helping storm victims get replacement roofs installed on their homes. I helped many families repair and replace the damaged roof thru insurance claims with their current provider. Each claim I personally worked was initially offered at a much lower dollar amount, sometimes not even covering all of the covered repairs. Each claim was re-​evaluated and supplemented to cover necessary expenses. The common factor was how hard each policy holder needed to fight for their fair compensation.

After the storm I returned home and enrolled in school to become a licensed Public Adjuster. I completed school and passed the state examination on March 16, 2014. Soon after The Claims Guru was born.
