History

Established in 1995.

Blind Faith was started in1995 as a shop at home business by Michael and Mary Shannon Baim. In 2009, they opened the Hunter Douglas Gallery in the Riverland Industrial Park, Blind Faith’s current location.

In January of 2014, Blind Faith was purchased by Chad and Shelby Mauldin as the Baim’s made the transition to retirement. Chad and Shelby look forward to continuing the exceptional service and products Blind Faith for years to come.

Business Owner

Originally from Austin, TX, Chad and Shelby moved to Crested Butte in December of 2012. Chad’s background has been in the medical device and healthcare industry prior to buying Blind Faith. He also has had previous experience in the window covering business working with his uncle in Houston and Angel Fire, NM. Shelby is a real people person and has experience in interior design and custom home building.
