Business Owner
Owner and founder Baldomero Barrios came from a small town in Mexico where he is adoringly known as «El Rey del Taco.» (The King of the Taco)
As a child, Baldomero worked his family’s farmlands and continued to due so as he grew older. Baldomero later met his wife Maria Barraza Barrios and together they came to the United States in search of a dream which began when the pair began working in a popular suburban Greek Restaurant. His work ethic quickly excelled Baldomero to the prestigious title of head chef. His dream was to one day open a restaurant of his own… known today, as El Burrito Loco.
