This is the official website for Recompose Publications, created by George N. Crain for all music directors, musicians and listeners to hear and purchase new music written and composed by dedicated Christians. I’ve been blessed to make my living doing what many dream of but few actually do – create and publish music for Christians and Jews to enjoy at Church or Synagogue, or with friends or at home. I’m honored that you’re considering this music. The Lord has connected me with songwriters whose music I have scored and arranged. I work with poets, writing their words to music and publishing them here. Since 1976, I have written hundreds of scores, most of them directly from the Holy Scriptures, some paraphrased, some instrumentals. It has been a long process gathering, editing and preparing them for you but it has been worth the journey… and I continue to add more of my own music weekly nonetheless those works also published here from other Christian artists.
