INFINITY SALON & SPA

We came here on vacation and wanted a nice spa day. Everything was really great. The massage was lovely, the hot tube was clean and great. I really am glad I spent part of my summer vacation with these folks.

I had planned ahead for a manicure and pedicure for a friend and myself. This was a special occasion. It was my friend’s first pedicure and manicure and we were doing it for her trip to Hawaii for her 25^th anniversary. We were really excited. We got there and the receptionist greeted us but we were left sitting there for at least 15 minutes and then told they were not able to do the manicures and pedicures because the person who was going to do them had to take her child to the dentist in Medford. This was unacceptable. We did not receive a phone call from them cancelling, the front end service was poor and it is hard to believe someone wouldn’t know about a dentist appt. that you had to drive to Medford for. They should have found someone else. It also appears we were going to have these pedicures and manicures done by one person even though I requested side by side pedicures. Very unprofessional, poor service and outdated décor that was not welcoming either. The picture on this site shows the nicest part of the salon.

The shop looks great and ready for the holidays!
Tip: bring your own sandals for your pedicure as they have none. Good one though!

If you want to go to a salon with great results and friendly staff go here. As soon as I walked in the door a very nice guy introduced himself and gave me a tour of the whole salon. Its really big and they have a room for everything! There’s beautiful decorations. It seems very high end. A nice lady named Laurie cut my hair and did an excellent job! It was a great overall experience and I plan on going back for a facial! Wish I could remember the guys name, he was such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this salon!
