My husband and I were moving 3000 miles across the country to Crescent City. We knew no one. I had a question regarding a property on the internet that Fran was listing and contacted her. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, which were numerous. We selected her as our realtor to help us find a home. She worked hard for us.
There were complications with our ability to move to CA due to my husband waiting for his CA medical license. The process took 11 months. We attempted to purchase 3 different homes, all of which failed for various reasons. Throughout this period Fran was very helpful, supportive and a true blessing to us as our realtor. We would recommend Fran Gatti to everyone interested in listing their home or looking to purchase one. She was a tremendous realtor, a true asset for us and someone we now consider a friend.
