History

Established in 2009.

After performing residential services for years and then relocating to south we expanded our services to include property preservation, REO/​PPO services and now work with most of the major banks and realtors in the country as well as still providing our core residential services such as dryer vent cleaning and gutter cleaning.

After graduating and starting a lawn/​gutter cleaning company in N.Y. in the early 90’s I then went into retail management and as time went on I found myself doing lawns and gutters ect. on my days off while also owning a party rental company all while working full time in retail. I then moved to N.C. sold the rental company and continued to work in retail management but I just couldn’t control the urge to do a job that was more hands on more dirty something that after you were all sore and sweaty you actually saw a difference. so I left retail started up my company got some ads and signs call and fax a ton of banks and realtors studied all i could and learned as i went and still learn more each day with each new job.
