When I finally left, as I merged on to the highway and looked at the rear view mirror, I realized the inside of the rear window was still covered in my dogs drool. I was irate! When I got home I checked the rugs and seats in the rest of the suv only to discover that all they did was vacuum the back of my suv. Because my ford escape is an suv they charged me extra to shampoo the entire suv and they didn’t even shampoo the back of the vehicle. To be honest I wonder if they even shampoo ‘d the front of the vehicle or if they just dumped a bunch of liquid deodorizer all over the front of the vehicle. My car still reeks of deoterizer, it is nauseating! The front seats were wet for 3 days!
This was such a horrible experience. I did call and was unable to speak to the manager so I left a message but no one ever called me back.
My advise is save your money and go somewhere else.

Do NOT waste your time or money. Bought two Groupons but the experience was so poor that I will not bother trying to use the second one. The amount of time wasted trying to convince them to get the car in and wash it is reason enough not to go. The Warwick location closed two weeks before I bought the Groupon but there were no signs or notices anywhere at the store or online so that was a complete waste of time. The Providence location listed on my Groupon wasn’t even a real location anymore (according to their website there is another Providence location, not listed as one of the places accepting my Groupon however). The Cranston location is full of employees who obviously hate their job and are eager to let you know. Like I said, don’t waste your time or money.

Well, it seems that after my stellar review, they don’t know me. I purchased another Groupon to have my car detailed here, and they gave me such a hard time, and run around that we just ended up getting a car wash, and then left. So, now I’m stuck with this paid Groupon, which we will eventually use, but we’re pretty disappointed in their service and treatment. We’ve had our cars detailed here a few times, but this last time was such a bad experience that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to pick up my car after being there for almost 8hrs. On my arrival my car was still dirty in inside and out, windows was still not cleaned and wax was still visible in a lot of areas. They even added more scratches on my car.

This is worth half a star. I have an suv and they did not vacuum the third row, windows were dirty and they spilled their spray all over my car and did not wipe it. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Crew held his hand out waiting for a tip before I even put my kids in the car.

If I could give it a –1 star I would. I purchased a groupon and had to pay an additional $ 5 for my SUV. They didn’t even dust the dashboard which is supposed to be included. It doesn’t look like they wiped anything down. Don’t waste your time and or money

Can I give it a 0 stars… Not all of these places are the same. The Cranston one on Cranston St. did a horrible job cleaning my truck. I would never recommend going here my black truck has white specks all over it after they washed it… Maybe they need to clean the cloths that they use to wash the vehicles. And the crap they used on my tires to make them shine looks like cheap crap. And I have whitewalls that they didn’t clean just put the shine crap on and called it a day. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE.

When scheduling a detail, I was told my car would be ready by a certain time. However, when I went to drop my car off, I was told it would be hours longer! The owner, Manny, tried to convince me to reschedule due to the weather… when really it was due to HIS short-​staffing. Horrible customer service. Wishing I had read the reviews on here before wasting my time… Save yourself the aggravation!

Friendly service that’s why the two stars but besides that I had gotten the inside out wash. Very rushed, spotty work. The business itself looks like it’s been let go overall. I’ve had a pleasant experience at the other locations. I guess you get what you pay for, I wouldn’t recommend it or go again…

I bought a Groupon to get my car cleaned inside and out; I had cleaned everything out of my car and just wanted a vacuum and a little dusting. They approached me saying that my car specifically had «kick marks» and I would have to pay more than the groupon I had bought, um no I declined. So I continued to wait AN HOUR for them to finish, expecting a decent job. When I got in my car there was ash all over my center counsel and radio, they hadn’t even vacuumed by backseat, and there were muddy foot prints on the inside of my doors from their shoes from when they were cleaning the front. What’s the point of paying to get your car cleaned if you have to go back and do it yourself? NEVER GOING BACK OR WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME.

I was disappointed going to thIs locatIon. The owners really pride their everyone enterprise and it shows their there quality of work however, how can you not except credit cards? I understand that there are costs associated with excepting cards but it’s 2015!!! I don’t know many people that carry cash!
We had to leave and come back! So aggravating!

First time going there and not impressed, the outside of the car looked great but they didn’t do much inside. I have leather seats and they didn’t clean them at all which was my reason for going, didn’t do the inside of the windshield or the rear view mirror. If you go just do your exterior because that came out decent.

I purchased a Groupon for my wife’s car to get a complete detail and finally had time during the week to use it. I dropped it off with Manny for an overnight hold. I came back in two days due to work and it looked like a brand new car! Now before you think I’m just gassing them up, I have a 4 yr old who can destroy the back seat in 5 minutes. Lol nevertheless if you have time, I suggest you come down!

Been here a few times now and while the car wash isn’t super amazing, it is passible. They are thorough bit only with the help of the manger looking over the car after they’ve finished. I like the double check method, just wish it didn’t have to happen.
Pretty fast turn over too! Wait is never too long.

Made a huge mistake of buying the groupon and going there… I was 5th in line and made to wait for crazy 2 hours just for car wash… Car wash was normal just like any other regular car wash but wait just killed me… I am going to avoid this place …

Went there this Saturday for a quick wash and vac big mistake. I was the fourth car in line and 90 minutes later they were just starting on my car. I would have left but once you are in line can other cars are behind you there is no way out. being in the auto business let me tell you they way they rub in the salt and dirt into the paint without a proper wash down was sinful small shop vacuum from Lowe’s which left most dirt behind. and the wipe down with dirty rags topped it off. never ever going back .an hour and a half car wash not for me

I used the coupon I bought on Post Road. 10 cleaning inside and out for $ 140.
Definitely worth it!
They did a great job on my car and even gave me a free car freshener!

Manny, the owner went above and beyond to make our experience with his company an excellent one. The crew he has is top notch! Professional, polite and very hard working. What a great group of guys.
Our car was garaged for a long period of time and had been invaded by mice. What a horrible smell!
I called to schedule an interior cleaning as well as an ozone treatment to clean the inside vents. Six hours later the smell was gone and replaced with a fresh and clean aroma, just like the name.
What really shocked us was that our car looked showroom ready and we only asked for a basic cleaning on the exterior. This car is white, yet not one speck of dirt was found on the front bumper or at the bottom of the doors. Unbelievable!!!
I have recommended them to family and friends and will be using them often in the future.

Went here on a Groupon… 12 bucks for a 25 dollar cleaning. They were nice, professional, but definitely missed a few spots. Maybe it was because my little Hyundai Accent hatchback is decidedly un-​sexy in the first place, or maybe it was because Pauly D was waiting ahead of me for his douchy little sport bike to get polished up. His was spotless… ha. But I’m no celebrity, and it’s a Hyundai afterall, so they mostly did a nice job. I still recommend.
