In the amount of time that it takes to go through their drive-​thru, I was able to: do my taxes, read 3 books, make 4 phone calls and watch a movie.
I’ve never seen a Mcdonald’s drive-​thru move so slow… and I was the only person there at the time.

I confess! I was rooting for McDonald’s foray into the «breakfast all day» club. After all, the thought of an Egg McMuffin for dinner (or any other meal) is appetizing. And it seems like a no-​brainer for McD fans, right?
So you can imagine my surprise and disappointment recently when I was handed a hockey puck-​hard English muffin with a dried out egg in between. Apparently, breakfast service after 10:30 a.m. Is a technical feat that this store is not yet up for.
It’s still early days for the «breakfast for dinner» concept. I won’t attempt again anytime soon but am hopeful they’ll figure it out. Because otherwise «I’m lovin’ it.»

Haven’t had receipt paper for a week. That’s such a basic essential for a business it’s a joke to not have it for a day, let alone a week! Manager should go to the walmart THATS IN THE SAME PARKING LOT and buy receipt paper.

This mcds food tastes, no different then the one on broad st their mac chicken is getting tasteless. Their food needs some coming. The only thing different about this location is they have bees then flies and i saw some dead ones up in a corner by the window its like they see them flying around and don’t even try to get the rid of them. These two location should have a contest and see which one has more flying bugs, see who make their food the worst and see who can keep the lobby dirtier and see who customer service is better. I sometimes come here after finish shopping at Walmart to wait for the bus

McDonald’s is McDonald’s but man this isn’t worth it.
Don’t bother. It’s a 24 hour McDonald’s but when I rolled in at 1:00am after work I sat at the drive thru for five minutes and still no response.
No one knows what they’re doing, they’re rude and the food has a slight taste of dog sh! t. Don’t know why it tastes so bad here.

Extremely slow service, my food is messed up every time, and they never have enough fries and they are usually soggy. It is pretty inside but it doesn’t make up for the stupidity.

They completely remodeled this location but nothing has changed. They still have issues. It’s always something. Just today I took my kids for a shamrock shake for St. Patrick’s day and their shake machine was broken. Thanks for nothing Plainfield McDonald’s.
