Ahhh, I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing the Groupon. It took several tries to get someone to call back and schedule appointments, their first available was over a month away but they said that once we were in the rotation they could do biweekly at the same time. When the day finally came, they never showed, and have not responded to my 2 voicemails yet (4 days later). Going to report to Groupon and BBB. DO NOT USE!!!
UPDATE: As other reviewers have noted, the business is run so badly that the cleaner showed up today, 2 weeks after their initial no-​show. I never did get a return phone call. We sent the cleaner away with advice to look for alternate work, since hopefully this place will be out of business soon.

I bought a groupon for this company and had a terrible experience. The first time I made an appointment to have my house cleaned nobody showed up. The second time 2 girls showed up looking like they rolled out of bed and smelling like smoke. Yuck! One of the girls was quite rude but the other was nice. All in all the cleaning was mediocre. Not going to use them again.
