This is one of the places I wouldn’t recommend being a car owner from. They are not informational on what you’re getting yourself into, they suck at greeting you once you come in and the person who works in the financial area for the finalizing of paper work blows tremendously on the attitude. There so called motto for «helping people» — no credit, bad credit, bankruptcy bull crap is definitely a lie, and they disregard the fact of test driving it, you have to sign papers and put a down payment before you test drive, smh.
I would never tell a person of interest to come here, they don’t even have a good stocked inventory on vehicles, why the hell would I want a piece of sh*t car for when I can just purchase from a private owner, seriously.

This place is the last refuge of the potential car owner. When I first walked in no one greeted me although it seemed the salesmen had nothing to do. Finally some one approached me and we eventually went in to do some paperwork. The attitide of the salesman the whole time was that of I have no where else to go for a car and he did nothing to hide that. The prices of the cars are not negotiable. And they offer carfax, but when I asked to see the carfax for a particular car the subject was quickly changed. Eventually I did my own carfax after I bought the car (big mistake believe me as you will see in a moment), and there were several past issues that if I knew about I would have passed on the car. Anyway, the car I bought was a 2003 Impala. Since buying it September 2009 I have put 2 grand into the front end. The headlights keep burning up on me, unfortunately not taking the car with them, and the front wheel bearings went after having the car less than 2 months. And when I had to bring the car in to the transmission place to see why it wouldnt shift out of first gear, my mechanic said the tranny definately had an issue when I bought it and was surprised it lasted as long as it did. If I had caught it when it was bought it would have been a $ 500 job. They don’t like letting you take their cars for an independant inspection. Everything is done with their «people». Anyways, three grand later I’m kicking myself for no carfax and no independant inspection, but hey, I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. Oh, and make sure your payment is on time. That is all I am going to say. Even though I have NEVER had a late payment, they still like to bust my balls on occasion. I guess to make sure I know who is in charge. The only super positive part is the girl that works at the payment window. She is very nice.
At the end of the day they are a car dealer. When comparing car dealers you gotta go with the lesser of the 2 evils. If you have no where else to go because of bad credit or whatever, this would be the place.
