If you want a hard driving workout yet the level of intensity is always within your control, if you want to literally kick and punch your worries away, if you want to feel powerful, to feel that you are winning over an unhealthy lifestyle, this is the place for you. The instructors are true pros yet supportive. You never feel left out. You actually feel inspired to outdo your personal best. No posturing. Real kickboxing. One bag per participant. Plus, the 3 flights of stairs alone to get to the swanky studio, should give you an extra workout. Clean, no lingering sweaty smell. Thank goodness. Go!

I can honestly say that this is one workout I do not get bored from. I try to make kickboxing 1−2x a week but sometimes my hectic schedule will prevent that. However when I am able to attend class, I always leave feeling exactly how I should… Sweaty and happy!
The instructors Amber and Brian are amazing! They know exactly how to get the class motivated and keep a watchful eye on everyones technique and will help you to correct it if needed. They are humble and passionate about what they do and it is clearly demonstrated in every class. When I first started here, my form starting with my punches, right down to my kicks, was all over the place. Now, I have a more steady stance and know the way I need to shift my body for the type of impact I am aiming for.
If you are looking for a fast paced, fun, positive environment in a class setting, then this is the place for you. The classes always begin and end the same way. You start with a 10 minute warm up (trust me it will warm you up!) then a 10 minute stretch followed by 30 – 40 minutes of INTENSE punching/​kicking combos (on a real bag with real gloves. None of that air punching nonsense) and then we always end with partner drills. I feel this is a great addition as it helps with getting to know your classmates as well as get you out of your comfort zone.
I am never disappointed when I leave class, only when I can’t make it.

Today I couldn’t assist class :(Here I am thinking about what I missed out on.
So, I have decided to let YOU know what you’re MISSING OUT on.
I filled out the request information box in their website expecting just an email about you know… just information. But to my surprise, I received a call instead! It was one of the trainers, Brian. He was very nice and immediately inspired in me motivation. Before I knew it I had scheduled an appointment to go and check the facility out! 15 minutes after hanging up the phone I was like, «what did I just do??» I couldn’t believe I was actually going to go and try kickboxing out. I am a shy person so I felt a bit intimidated and nervous because I had never in my life done kickboxing or any type of fighting sport.
However, once I arrived to Atomic Kickboxing, as soon as I walked in I was greeted VERY nicely and immediately felt comfortable! I fell in love with my first class!!! Before signing up I told Brian I wanted to go atleast 3 times a week. After the second class my mind changed and now I want to/​try to go every single day! It is all I can think about! The workouts are INTENSE and the trainers are AMAZING!
Atomic kickboxing is a very client oriented place and it feels like every class is made up of a small family working hard towards an individual goal. The class itself is filled with motivated people and sometimes I like to think that I am having a friendly competition with the person next to me ;).
It is only my third week at Atomic Kickboxing and as you can probably tell I LOVE it. It has already begun to transform me into a different person; less shy, more active & definitely more confident. I wish I would have heard of this place sooner. But anyways, now it is YOUR turn to go and see for yourself. If you are like how I was, don’t be afraid or imtimidated to try something different! And if you aren’t like that, then… still try it out! You won’t regret it! I am positive you will enjoy your way to a healthy lifestyle through

Atomic Kickboxing is the ultimate, results oriented workout. The instructors are amazing people who want to help you achieve your goals. It’s a fat burning, get into killer shape, and fun workout. I’ve been a member for a while now. If it didn’t do what I said it does. I wouldn’t train there. So come on a take a class with us! It’s s very empowering workout that’s a game changer. I love this place!!!

My first class was a butt kicking good time! Energetic and encouraging staff whose main goal is to help their clients achieve their goals. Keep up the good work.

After 10 years my boxing coach moved away… I thought I would never find a trainer or a class comparable to his workout or the feeling of «wanting» to go workout… Until I found Atomic Kickboxing! I look forward to going to class every time. The instructors are very challenging and motivating. They are educated & trained in kickboxing and this makes all the difference in learning proper technique to get the most out of our workouts and not to get hurt. In just a short amount of time my stamina and strength has improved drastically and I am down 1 whole size! I have met a lot of nice people in this class of all ages and I am proud to belong to such a great group! IF YOU NEED MOTIVATION WITH REAL RESULTS, THIS IS WHERE ITS AT!
