My car radio/​CD player started acting up or not acting at all. I couldn’t get the radio to work at all but the CD player was okay. Except that i couldn’t get the CD out so I listened to the same music for 7 hours straight on a trip from Maryland to Massachusetts. On the return trip I thought I would lose my mind. I was stopping in Westfield to visit old friends and found this place on Unilocal.Joey (I think that was his name) was amazing! Basically, checked it out and told me it was beyond repair and would have to be replaced. He fixed it so I could hook up my iPhone and refused to take any money. What a prince! I persisted and gave him a tip and said that I would write him up on Unilocal.I’d go there again if I lived closer.

My vehicle died around noon on a Saturday right in front of their service center. They ordered the part and repaired belt and alternator within 4 hours and had me back on my way. They stayed open late to ensure that my vehicle was done same day. Polite and professional I will definately be going there again.
